The most cheerful summer journey continues in Calabria with Rai 1’s Camper, a program produced as part of the agreement between the Calabria Region – Tourism Department, Rai Com, and the Calabria Film Commission Foundation. On Monday, July 28, and Tuesday, July 29, starting at 12 PM, Peppone Calabrese will broadcast live with Monica Caradonna from Soverato, in the province of Catanzaro, where the Magna Graecia Film Festival is underway. Among Monday’s guests will be the Festival’s artistic director, Gianvito Casadonte, along with local agricultural producers, artisans, and other Calabrian excellences. Tuesday will feature actress and MGFF testimonial Denise Capezza, as well as producers of olive oil, hazelnuts, cured meats, and wine. The program’s journey then continues through Calabria’s stunning landscapes. Lorenzo Branchetti will guide viewers on an itinerary stretching from the crystal-clear waters of Roseto Capo Spulico, in the province of Cosenza, to the ancient village of Badolato, in the province of Catanzaro. With Elisa Silvestrin, viewers will discover the most free-spirited and sun-soaked corners of the Tyrrhenian coast, from the waves of Tropea to Praia a Mare, in the province of Cosenza. Meanwhile, Gloria Aura Bortolini will explore the enchanted southern landscapes, stopping at the Giardino Acqua degli Dei (Garden of the Water of the Gods) in Capo Vaticano.
