Linea Bianca explores the Parco Nazionale dell’Aspromonte – March 29 on Rai 1

When nature becomes a celebration of beauty. On Saturday, March 29 at 11:25 AM on Rai 1, Linea Bianca takes viewers on a journey through the breathtaking landscapes of the Parco Nazionale dell’Aspromonte in Calabria. Hosts Massimiliano Ossini, Giulia Capocchi, and Lino Zani will lead the exploration, highlighting the importance of environmental conservation and the park’s role in shaping a sustainable future. A special focus will be placed on the forest’s remarkable self-regenerating capacity—an extraordinary example of one of the planet’s most complex and resilient ecosystems. The episode will also feature a visit to Pentidattilo, a stunning village in the province of Reggio Calabria. Clinging to a rocky cliff, this ancient hamlet—with its narrow alleyways, stone houses, and artisanal charm—is now home to just three inhabitants. Culinary traditions will take center stage as well, with a spotlight on the preparation of traditional Aspromonte potato gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and caramelized chestnuts, filmed in Santo Stefano d’Aspromonte.
The episode is produced as part of the partnership agreement between Rai Com and Regione Calabria, Dipartimento Turismo e Fondazione Calabria Film Commission.
