Rai 1 in Cilento with Linea Blu

The sea, the coasts, the hinterland of Cilento with a nature that blends with history and local traditions.
The Cilento region, located south of the province of Salerno in Campania, and partly included in the Cilento and Val di Diano National Park, will feature the episode of Linea Blu airing on Rai 1 on August 26th at 2pm that will take the audience on an extraordinary and breathtaking tour, rich of curiosities and emotions.
The tv program will begin its journey towards Marina di Camerota, Scario and Sapri from the promontory of Cape Palinuro where host Donatella Bianchi will sail along the coast to admire a succession of caves, beaches, natural arches, spectacular seabeds and their ancient villages looking from above.
Tv host Fabio Gallo will tell the story of the city of Paestum with its Greek temples, while Valentina Bisti will walk through the ancient ruins of the Velia Archaeological Park.
Among its many treasures, the Cilento region offers a culinary culture of high quality products such as olive oil, fresh fish, vegetables and cheeses. 
The tv program is produced under an agreement between Rai Com and the Campania Region through Scabec S.p.A., Società Campana Beni Culturali, with POC 2014-2020 funds.
