Returning for the third season of DOC – Nelle tue mani, Dr. Fanti (Luca Argentero) is back on the ward. After uncovering the truth behind the shooting that caused his memory loss in the first season and battling alongside the rest of the staff during the pandemic in the second season, he faces a new challenge. Now reinstated as chief, he strives to manage the Internal Medicine department and protect it from potential cutbacks.
