RAI COM S.P.A. IS A COMPANY BELONGING TO THE RAI GROUP, ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 2359 OF THE ITALIAN CIVIL CODE, WHOSE CORPORATE MISSION CONSISTS CHIEFLY OF:

  • promoting RAI Radiotelevisione Italiana properties, including in the digital sphere;
  • The distribution, marketing, sale and assignment, in Italy and abroad, of the rights of use for audiovisual, film, television, books or multi-media works owned or otherwise available to RAI and/or the RAI Group companies;
  • The editing and production of musical, theatrical, book and magazine works, as well as the establishment of publications for the purpose of distributing commercial products in newsagent and bookshop channels;
  • The management of sporting rights, the purchase and sale of sports libraries, the creation and management of special interest sports channels for marketing purposes;
  • The negotiation, with Organisations or Institutions, of framework contracts and agreements whose subject is the creation of institutional communication initiatives or other various types of collaborations;
  • Creating, organising, managing and participating in exhibitions, festivals, markets and other Italian and foreign events that are important for the purposes of marketing and sales, and performing all complementary and related activities;
  • Making RAI’s studios and technical facilities available to third parties; entering into business agreements for the purpose of promoting and developing the non-productive spaces in RAI’s possession.
